Rename to ADS-Bit and show receiver IP

Browse Source 
- Rename app from "SKY WATCH" to "ADS-Bit" (8-bit wordplay)
- Update page title to "ADS-Bit - Retro Flight Tracker"
- Add receiver IPs to /api/config endpoint
- Display connected receiver IP(s) in status bar
- Update screenshot
